Job Description

You will acquire the most advanced planning experience and knowledge in delivering end to end supply chain solutions.

1. Planning

You will impact business result by delivering planning against specific action plans, e.g. Forecast analysis, establish manufacturing production schedules, establish warehousing & transportation coordination and critical business work process.

2. End to End Connection

You will involve in domestic and international trade business, daily collaborate along upstream and downstream (including Supplier, Plant, Distribution Center and customer) to ensure stable supply chain and quality service to consumer; Co-work as End to End team to establish contingency plan to serve urgent business needs.

You will lead External Party Resource to optimize workflow and process design and monitor External Party Resource operation to ensure smooth supply chain.

4. Loss Analysis/IT Skill

You will leverage Global business service/IT tools to visualize results, generate report and manage key variables. you will need to lead or participate in simplification/innovation project related with End to End logistics.

- 在端到端供应链运作体系中, 通过具体的计划分析来促进业务结果，例如预测分析、建立产品生产计划、建立仓储和运输协调和构建重要的生意运作流程。

- 对接供应链上下游（包括供应商、工厂、分销中心与客户），顺利实现产品供应，为消费者提供优质服务；作为端到端协同组织，参与应急处理计划，满足紧急生意需求。

- 带领第三方进行工作流程的设计与优化，通过日常运作指标监控，确保供应链端到端的协同与稳定。

- 利用全球化的服务以及IT工具实现生意结果的可视化，生成报告并进行分析，找到存在损失的关键点，提出相应的改进意见和建议。

Qualifications:

1. Education Background: University Degree.

2. Analytical skills & logic thinking to review data to identify abnormalities/rationale for a solution.

3. Fresh graduate / Candidates who have graduated no more than two years.

4. Passionate to collaborate & build relationship with colleagues and customers.

5. English Proficiency: speak, read and write fluently in English.
